Buntrock Commons was the headquarters for our registration, Genealogy events, vendors, food service, and the bulk of our Saturday Lag meetings.

Ytterboe Hall was the location of air conditioned lodging.

Northfield Ballroom was the off-campus location for our Saturday evening Banquet and entertainment program.

Genealogy was the responsibility of Telelaget and was located at Buntrock Commons in the ballroom on the third level. Setup took place during the afternoon of Wednesday July 10. Tables were available as requested as well as two copy machines and computer-internet hookups.

Exhibitors/Vendors were the responsibility of Hadeland Lag. The vendor area was located in the hallway leading to the genealogy ballroom.

Entertainment was the responsibility of LAND Lag, The Junior Spelemanns Lag from Bø, Telemark performed at our Saturday evening program The Dassel leikarring Lag performed at the Friday program. Verlyn Anderson of Hadeland Lag was the Master of Ceremonies. Norwegian Consul General- Thor Johansen attended the Banquet and welcomed guests. ( note - he has Telemark "roots" in Dalen and Kviteseid)

Banquet/ Decorations - Ringerike Lag had the responsibility for decorating the banquet hall and attending to details relative to both the banquet and program support activity and working with Numedal Lag in their responsibility of ushering and Ticket taking.

Ushering & Tickets - Numedal had the responsibility for the ushering and ticketing for the Friday programs at the college and Saturday events at the Nfld. Ballroom.

Promotion/Publicity was the responsibility of Sigdal Lag and to this end, Sigdal developed a program to effectively provide registration forms, tickets for walk-in banquet attendees, brochures and all manner of publicity necessary to assure a desirable attendance. The Northfield Chamber helped promote our event.

Coordination - Telelag assigned assistant coordinators to work with the individual Lags to answer questions , provide assistance, run interference, and to coordinate and help resolve whatever situation which came up.
