Nels Thorson, b. 11 Jan 1831, emigrated with his brother Andrew
from Färlöf, Kristianstad Län,
Sweden in 1855. Moved to Norseland in 1856. Moved back to Princeton, Illinois
after the Indian uprising. Was a brother-in-law of Nels Youngdahl. d. 1901 in
Boone, Iowa.
