#7 - Information wanted by Maxine Lee Shulstad. I have an old picture of three elderly men and their sister, identified as Hans Bergley, Andrias Bergley, Inge Bergely Melvold and Jens Bergely. (Probably siblings.) The sender's comment, penciled in "Taken at Eagle Bend, Minn three _____ago. Hans and Jim lived _____ ______ moved to Franklin ten miles from here."

Reason for informatjion: My great-great grandparents were Ola Olson Bergelie(n), 1777-1731, and Åste (Aaste) Olsdtr. Jørsdal, 1789-1860, who lived in the Hovin Parish, Tinn, Telemark. because the death of
their oldest son, Ola, 1810-1864, was a suicide, hence his widow, Jøran Olson, of Rollag, Numedal, later of Rollag, MN, never spoke of him. Because of the similarity of the two surnames, I somewhat suspect that
the Bergley people might be distant relations.
Thank you,

Maxine Lee Shulstad,
